Responsibilities
Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. Responsible for single products/services in a single legal entity. Typically does not have budgetary responsibility. Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s). Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience, number of employees supervised, and scope of responsibility. Handles special projects, as assigned.
Skill Requirements
Thorough understanding of product line(s)/service(s) in an operational area or district. Thorough understanding of customer requirements. Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area. Proficient in the use of PC's. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Ability to use skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.

Visafone Recruitment
Visafone Communications Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian telecommunications company. The company was incorporated in Nigeria on June 20, 2007 following the acquisition of Cellcom. Visafone received its Unified Access Service Licence as a telecom operator from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on August 1, 2007. Less than two months after its registration Visafone was announced as the Approved Bidder for the 3 carriers in the 800 MHz spectrum put on auction by the NCC. Visafone brushed off stiff competition from Multilinks, GiCell Wireless Limited and TC Africa Telecoms Network Limited to clinch the 800 MHz licence which will allow Visafone to roll out commercially across Nigeria.
Visafone Communications is now recruiting for graduates and experienced professionals. Candidates are expected to create a profile in the Visafone online recruitment portal.
